A: To ensure accuracy and on-time delivery, we deliver linens directly to your Seacoast Realty office. You pickup the keys and linens (and return them) at the same time, and you're not left waiting. We do offer delivery and pickup of linens for a $25 fee.

A: Vacation Linens provides hotel-quality sheets and towels that have been laundered to the highest specifications for cleanliness. Our facility is routinely inspected to ensure that it meets "hospital-grade" standards for hygiene.

A: Refund requests may be made any time up to 10 days before the start of your rental period. After that time, requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us either by toll-free number (888-445-4410) or online with refund requests.

A: To change an existing order, please contact us online. Provide your order number and the specifics of your request. To add to an existing order: Place another order for additional items from www.vacationlinens.com. In the comment area for your order, indicate that this is an Add-On order.
