Q: Do you deliver my linens to my vacation house?
A: To ensure accuracy and on-time delivery, we deliver linens directly to your Seacoast Realty office. You pickup the keys and linens (and return them) at the same time, and you're not left waiting. We do offer delivery and pickup of linens for a $25 fee.

Q: How do I get replacement linens or extra towels/sheets for surprise guests?
A: If you should need additional sets of towels or sheets while on vacation, contact us toll-free (888-445-4410) or online. We will do our best to accommodate special requests.

Q: Do you provide linens for my rental unit?
A: Vacation Linens currently provides linens only for rentals handled by Seacoast Realty.

Q: Is there a discount for renting for multiple weeks?
A: If you will be renting for more than 3 weeks, please contact us toll-free (888-445-4410) or online for seasonal rates.

Q: What color sheets do you offer?
A: Our sheets are white.

Q: What do I do if I received the wrong size or quantity of sheets?
A: If you have any concerns, please contact us immediately either by toll-free number (888-445-4410) or online. Our local representative will be in touch as soon as possible.

Q: What standards of cleanliness are followed by Vacation Linens?
A: Vacation Linens provides hotel-quality sheets and towels that have been laundered to the highest specifications for cleanliness. Our facility is routinely inspected to ensure that it meets "hospital-grade" standards for hygiene.

Q: What is your refund policy?
A: Refund requests may be made any time up to 10 days before the start of your rental period. After that time, requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us either by toll-free number (888-445-4410) or online with refund requests.

Q: How do I change or add to my order?
A: To change an existing order, please contact us online. Provide your order number and the specifics of your request. To add to an existing order: Place another order for additional items from www.vacationlinens.com. In the comment area for your order, indicate that this is an Add-On order.

Q: How close to my rental date can I place an order?
A: To order less than 7 days before your arrival date, you must call the toll-free number to ensure availability: 888-445-4410. Additional charges may apply to last-minute orders.
